Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
The Project Manager / Project Lead will be responsible for all coordinating and administrative aspects of a key project aimed at modernizing core business systems.
This involves supporting project team members in defining specifications and prioritizing work.
Key deliverables will include:
- Identifying and implementing a replacement for an existing, aging business system
- Establishing lean and stable end-to-end processes
- Ensuring timely realization of regulatory changes within the project
- Taking ownership and demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Adopting a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project progression

Erforderlich
- Proven experience in project management within the financial services sector, with an advantage in controlling or financial reporting domains
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent command of Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
- Professional experience level equivalent to an ICT Requirements Engineer (S2) according to Swiss ICT standards

Vertragslaufzeit
- The project requires a 50% part-time commitment
- The initial contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of extension
